Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

1. We accept all returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery of your order.
2. We do NOT accept any returns of exchanges after the 14 days period. Returns received beyond the time window will be applied a restocking fee.
3. Item returning MUST be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, incomplete or missing parts/components, and in its original sale-able & new condition. Items returned that do not meet the conditions mentioned are not eligible for any refunds and may be charged a restocking fee of up to 50%.
4. Item must be returned with all its original packaging and all tags attached.
5. Please pack item in an unmarked envelope or box and return to the address on your return authorization. If the return is the result of our error, we'll refund return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
6. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
7. We offer $10 flat fee return shipping label for US customers only. If you wish to use our service, please contact us directly to receive a label to print and the cost of return label will be applied to your refund.
8. Shipping costs and tax & import duties are not refundable.
9. For an exchange, please request the size and/or color and we will send out a replacement once we receive your return. If requested size and/or color is not available, refund will be issued.
10. Returning shipment must be received within 30 day of authorization. Return will be cancelled if shipment is not received in 30 days of return authorization.
11. PET-OWNERS: As a courtesy to our workers and to other customers, please use a lint roller or tape on the garment before returning! Thank you.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE BEING DELAYED. THEREFORE ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE BEING SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY MAIL ONLY. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE AT THIS TIME. ALL US-BASED SHIPMENTS ARE ONLY BEING SHIPPED VIA USPS INSURED PRIORITY, FEDEX, OR UPS ONLY. PLEASE NOTE ALL SHIPMENTS ARE BEING HEAVILY DELAYED AT THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

We are located in Los Angeles, CA. Shipping rates are weight and location-based. Handling time is 2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday. Most items deliver within 3-7 business days within the United States. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Faster shipping methods are available.
